    This place is a joke never answer the phone and when they do answer they hang up after you have been on hold for 10 to 15 mins I had let my brother use my car and he had them put on the device after 7 weeks he went back to jail I have been trying to get this off my car for 2 months I had a appointment yesterday but didnt take it. In because my brother dont have money on the card so that means I have to pay for it and Im not doing that I called them a Bunch of times to speak to them about that I would be on hold 10 to 15 min and they would hang up this isnt right so what do you do ??? I guess take it off yourself?? Im selling the car it is sold already

    Very helpful staff, team had accommodated my boyfriend whenever difficult situations had occurred. One situation where the device was not working and were willing to replace without charge.

    They are evil, they are crooks, I have locked my bank account so they can't charge me anymore, they have no staff, no professionalism, and they are circling the drain, this guy named ***** who awnsers the phone for skyfine is the worst person ever, I'm so grateful I never have to hear his awful voice again, I'm trying to get with the class action law suits against them, they deserve to burn

    If I could give negative stars I would. They run your card without permission. You call and pay over the phone and they will create a new invoice for that day and charge you for something else. Their customer service is horrible. They are rude. I can not say anything nice about this place minus the guy that installed it. This place needs to be shut down. I have been locked out of my car for 3 days. Cant get through to anyone and everything is paid even their charges they created after and changed and still cant drive. This place is the biggest joke alive. The state should have better control over this if they are going to mandate an interlock to drive because they treat people horrible and hey, now Im just paying for my car, insurance, interlock and still cant drive. Please shut them down.

    If I could give this place negative 100 stars I would. I can not believe this place hasnt been shut down. This place is the biggest scam. The people are beyond rude! They charge your card without permission for literally any reason they make up. Every bad review on their page is 1 million percent true. They literally scream F*ck you!! On the phone and hang up. Tell you, you have no right to your credit card anymore and they can charge it however much, whenever they want. When you ask for reasons they literally tell you because we can. They even blackmail you saying the will take a charge off or discount you if you leave a 5 star review. If you dont they literally charge you another fee and say its a violation fee. Any good review on here are lies and were legit blackmailed to that person or they probably even asked family and friends to leave reviews. This place and people are not good. Please please listen to the bad reviews on here and take your business elsewhere. They are probably the most dishonest, disgusting, disgraceful place Ive ever come across. I hope this company gets sued for what they are doing and put out of business. What a nightmare.Save yourself. Unless you are ok with paying thousands of dollars for no joke no reason at all then seriously go somewhere else. I cant say enough bad things about this place. ITS HORRIFIC!!!They will also reply about not seeing my name in the record but thats because I am using a different name for the fact that the customer service rep said if I dont leave a 5 star review or if I change my good review to a bad review that they will charge my card. Are you kidding me! They cant charge someone for leaving a bad review. Then when you get upset with them they literally threaten you by saying we have full control and this isnt a bad relationship you want to have or youll be charged the full amount of fees on everything.Shame on you guys for being this way

    CORRUPT!! Please save yourself tons of money, and go ANYWHERE ELSE!! Sounds cheaper than others when comparing prices. I've already been charged close to 200 additional in the first month. . . .you do the math First month and already charged 5 separate fees. I called and spoke directly to someone and they personally scheduled my calibration after my time frame without mention anything knowing I'll get 2 of these additional fees.

    Great service and convenient calibration visits. The tech I meet with for calibration is great. However, the extra fees they charge for mishaps or card declines is robbery.

    They held my car hostage in exchange for a 5 star ****** review, I did the review to get my car back. Over a year went by, I changed my ****** review and wrote the truth about their business practices. 2 days later, they called me several times and emailed me a ******* Invoice. This place needs to be shut down

    Wow where do I start? They psychologically abuse me. They gaslight me saying I failed a test, they charged me $750 in the last month and a half to get my car to start after they destroyed my car in the installation process. My car has not been starting since the installation. They take no accountability they don't ask when to charge your card when they feel like you violated a test. I have not had one failed test but in their eyes I have had 6!? When I have not drank any alcohol in 3 years!! It's clear.to me how people get stuck in this system with companies like this scamming you and ****** you of your finances and mental health. I can how people kill themselves with companies like this around that have absolutely zero conscious of what they are doing. And this is a choice this specific company chose to make to be like this. The other company I was with never had one issue in the year I had them, this one in 4 months they've charged me a total of $1,072 in fees because they broke my car and when I had the mechanic fixing it the test was missed. They don't call to ask if this was what happened they assume and charge my card automatically without authorization. They have taken 60% of my tax return. They're lucky that money was in there, I don't usually have $1000 lying around for their pleasure. It's so ironic, this seems very planned out to me. Faulty installation, missed tests, caching $$$!!! **** STATE TAX COMMISION TAKE NOTE!!! This company is 100@% scamming innocent people who got in trouble with the law. My case was completely dismissed yet because the *** wants money they make innocent people suffer deeply. Great tactic.
