      Lucid Software continues to charge your charge card for a subscription even after it is cancelled and they send you an email with the cancellation effective date which requires disputing charges. I would prefer to rate them zero starts.

      Thievery,I only wanted to try the software and next thing I know I am charged for a 5 person membership for a whole year at $540. This is the parent company for Lucid Charts. Even on BBB they have the wrong name so people cant find them. Do the right thing and refund. Stop stealing people's money.
