* LIFETIME TRANSFERABLE WORKMANSHIP Details – Only applies to roof installations built in accordance withmanufacturer extended warranties. Additionally, to transfer, thefollowing conditions must be met: 1) A reinspection of the roof by anauthorized representative of Schulte Roofing is done and foundacceptable under the warranty conditions 2) The transfer fee is paid.
** Money Back Guarantee Details – Schulte Roofing must receive final payment upon completion. Anychanges or delays due to weather cannot be a reason for dissatisfaction.On any customer complaint, we must be given 48 hours to respond to andaddress such issues and three business days to make any changes deemednecessary to bring the roof into a 100%-satisfaction status. In theunlikely event all issues have been addressed and corrected within theabove-stated timeline and the customer is still dissatisfied, amanufacturer’s representative of the product installed will be calledupon for their expertise in product quality and installationworkmanship. Upon inspection, if that representative finds any productor installation deficiency, the roof will be removed at a time agreedupon by the owner and Schulte Roofing and a refund check will be writtenat that time. Schulte Roofing will “dry-in” the roof upon removal andshall carry no guarantee on such roof from that time forward. Any feeassociated with this inspection shall be the responsibility of SchulteRoofing.
