5 starsI highly recommend Security First Home Integration. Being a happy existing customer, when I needed to upgrade my Mom's security system, and lower her monthly monitoring cost, I turned Security First for the job. The same installer who worked on my home came to my Mom's house and performed the work quickly and efficiently. He even showed us something we did not know about the previous system. He patiently worked with Mom for her to understand the fall detection / panic device that we included in the configuration. The office has been patient with my Mom with a few false alarms on the device. It's just that sensitive, but they have worked with her to understand how handle it, and she now has peace of mind that she can get help in the event of a fall.Review fromMichael M

Great team! Friendly and timely communication from Michelle at reception. Knowledgeable consultation services from Rich and Kenny with installation really gets the job done in a thorough way and is also great at instructing middle aged folks like myself how to work with the services and applications offered. In addition Kenny also paid careful attention to aesthetic presentation and was very tidy with the spaces.Security First Home Integration

Absolutely 100% recommend. Kenny came out to my house to install a security system and camera. Kenny showed up exactly on time and completed the installation in a professional and timely manner. This is my second house that I have used Securty First. Everyone I have delt with in the company has been more than amazing and have made every process and smooth and easy one.Security First Home Integration

Security First home integration is definitely the route to go. We just moved into our new home and this already feels like one of the best decisions we could have made. Of course they have all the technology you could ever need and for a really affordable price. But the quality of personalized customer servive was top of the line. The attention to detail combined with genuine passion of securing your home allowed us to trust and understand all things being offered. 5 starsOur tech Kenny was awesome. There was a little glitch in communication regarding the need to turn off our internet and we were in the middle of a zoom meeting. He worked it out so that our installation stayed on track. He was polite and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
