Had a great experience with Security First. Bill was very thorough when explaining our options and then installation was set up quickly. The installer was polite, cleaned up, showed us how everything worked, took the time to test everything out with us and made sure we didn't have any questions. The office staff was great as well when setting up appointment.

I have LOVED my new home security system and the incredibly customer service that has come with it. The owner, Bill was a complete delight to work with. He went out of his way to ensure I was getting the proper equipment and training. And, the staff at the office has been fabulous! They are super friendly and extra attentive. 5 starsHighly recommend this company! Bill is very personable and knowledgeable. He made me feel as if my safety was a priority and he wanted to ensure that I was adequately protected at all times. The customer service is beyond exceptional. Kenny was very professional and even helped me to trouble shoot an electrical issue that I was having at my home the day of installation. He went above and beyond his work duties and I am extremely appreciative for his help.
