Did not see any dolphins on the dolphin tour which was okay - boat crew was great. DO NOT buy the picture they make it seems like you will get more than one and you'd think it would be out on the water... That is not the case. You pay $10 for one low pixel quality photo of before you even get on the boat. Very disappointing and misleading. Read the review from the owner and decided to call and speak with a manager. Manager confirmed the website references "photos" as well as "album", and said they would change the website. I would say this is a pretty misinformed owner all in it for the money and does not care about customer satisfaction. I was not offered a refund for my "photo package" that consisted of 1 photo for $10. I am a white male and would not recommend visiting this location for any of their services as their white female owner is rude and racist. If you would like to see an example of this, take a visit for yourself or read some of the reviews. Very poor way to represent your self and business.

They claimed we damaged something and wouldn't show proof. They then wouldn't accept card for the damages and only wanted cash. I asked the lady working kindly can I pay with my card but she refused and said that it's in the policy and when asked to view the policy she responded with it's my policy and it's because I said so. When asked to bring the employee accusing us of the damage and pick out who it was she refused and was adamant that we did the damages and that he called it in when we were in the ocean but neither the ranger or the other employee ever told us anything when we were at the ocean. Over all we posted a review on google and the owner responded with. "Maybe in your country it is ok to treat women like pigs but not in this country". I felt very discriminated against and very hurt by this comment because we were okay paying for any damages if proof was showed and if the employee did not act so shady requesting only cash in hand and not using the credit cards they held with them.
