    I had family visiting over July 4. I paid Express water sports $776.16 for seven people to take a boat ride and watch the fireworks in a boat on the ocean. The fireworks were delayed the boat had to come back and we did not get what we paid for. I have been trying for over a month to resolve this with the company. Today they offered me five dollars off another boat ride. That is the best they said they can do.

    Hello,I am writing to request a refund for my parasailing booking with Express Watersports *************** Business **************, ** ***** ( on March 31, 2023. I had made the booking for myself and my girlfriend for 12 PM, but unfortunately, I was unable to make it due to unforeseen circumstances.On the night of March 30, I started experiencing symptoms of a psychotic break, which was most likely due to a combination of factors, including long hours of driving, lack of sleep, and being in an unfamiliar place. As someone diagnosed with Major Depressive Disorder, I have experienced a similar episode before, in 2020. I have attached all relevant documents for your review.My girlfriend took me to the ****************************************** in ************ on the parasailing day, where I was admitted to the hospital around 1 pm. As a result, I was unable to show up for the parasailing activity. After undergoing some tests and receiving treatment, I was advised to seek further care in a Psychiatry Facilities. However, with adequate rest and my usual anti-psychotic medication, I am feeling much better now.I reached out to Express Watersports to request a refund, and they suggested that I could either transfer the booking to a friend or use it myself on a future visit to ************. But they will not give me any refund. However, I am unsure if I will be able to visit ************ again anytime soon, and I do not have any friends in the area who could benefit from this offer. If I do not receive a refund for the parasailing booking, it will create additional mental stress for me, as I am currently in a financially constrained situation. This stress may also negatively impact my health. Therefore, I kindly request that you consider my situation and process my refund request for the $221.76 that I paid for the parasailing booking.Sincerely,Md *************************
