    My experience with Window World of the Lowcountry, LLC has been just Horrible here in North Charleston, SC. I've ordered ONE window on 9/19/2022 paid 375.00 down payment when I ordered the window, as of 7/14/2023 no window, customer service is Horrible ( to be fair I did lose my cool on 7/14/2023 and was rude on the phone to a person named Cathy due to frustration) , I can't seem to get any information, the salesperson Willis says he'll call back, NEVER DOES, stay away, I'm planning on doing my other 4 windows, NO WAY WOULD I EVER!! EVER!! use Window World of the Lowcountry, LLC. thank you. (P.S. no need for Window World of the Lowcountry, LLC to post their automated response.)
