    Window World came to our home to install 2 windows and a sliding glass door (March 17th). They forgot our screen for our sliding glass door (and we were told it would be dropped off at the end of March and has not) and the front window did not fit there is silicone all the way around the window with drops running down our shutters and the side of our house in order to seal the window. The whole front of our house is that large window and has been open (no blind can be put on until the window is replaced correctly). We were told they would be here today (April 24th) to fix it, but today we received a call that they do not have the parts (the correct window). My husband has cancer and this is just exasperating his condition. We put faith in this company to do the work and all we have gotten was the run around. We need the work completed.
