    Company gives no response to current customer request or concerns. Asked for someone to come out and check my system after my car was broken into and did not receive a response from Mike or Dustin (Summer 2022). Now my Ring Doorbell will not charged. Texted Mike on 4/16 and of course I did not get a response by the next business day. I prepared to take action in my own hands with the no response to customer issue. I hope up my end every month with on time payments and get completely ignored.

    I am a disabled veteran, I had just brought a house in Columbia, S.C., and I am on a fixed income, Mr. Dustin C****, came around when we were on our way out to my daughter's house, so we told him to come back Monday to talk, we didn't think that he would lie to us. We signed up with him, because he was selling A.D.T. products, wouldn't lie to us, right, bull. The first week we had the system installed, it didn't work, someone was on our front porch, just standing there, 2 days later, someone was in our driveway messing with our vehicles and the cameras over the garage didn't even pick them up, just happened to look out the window and saw him. Called Mr. C****'s office and his wife answered and had an attitude because I called, said that he wasn't taking calls, he was on break, but I had called several times and left messages about what had happened and got no response, guess they got tired of me calling and answered the phone. The cameras over my garage and on my back porch don't work, because we didn't sign up with Arlo, we thought that as long as we were paying for service with A.D.T., everything was included, now we find out that we have to pay both companies to monitor our house and come to fin d out that we're in a 3 month contract with A.D.T., and after that time, we still don't own the equipment, we have to start paying Home Security Automation. We have been calling , leaving messages over and over and they will not call us back, even called A.D.T., and they can't or want seem to do anything, this is not how a disabled veteran is suppose to be treated and I found out that some people don't seem to give a damn. So people, don't do like I did, any other time, I would look up companies reviews, not this time and I am paying for it, so people, if Mr. C****'s show up at your door, close it fast, he's a crook, he still hasn't call and A.D.T., has sent him e-mails telling him to call me, NONETHING.
