    Unprofessional. Poor communication. I have previously done work with the owner, ******, on my sons Ice Hockey Goalie Helmet. And it came out great. We decided to redesign the helmet and went back to Simplicity Printing Studio on April 15, 2024, to drop off the helmet and work on a design. ****** stated that he would start working on the design and would let me know in about a week. After multiple texts and phone calls, I received no response. I called again and finally received a text stating that he needed more time. ****** then called and we spoke, he stated that he got slammed and should be able to complete the helmet by Friday, May 3,2024. I never heard from ****** letting me know that the helmet was completed or even a proof of design. Again, I made multiple phone calls and texts with no response. I then drove from **. on May 14,2024 to see if there was any progress and decided to pick the helmet up, not finished, not even started. ****** gave me back the helmet, and I then asked him why he did not communicate with me. I should not have to call and text to get an update when he was the one telling me he would have it completed. He then threatened me as I was leaving his shop. He was and has been completely unprofessional and shows how poorly he communicates with his clients.

    that is not what happened at all lol.... he asked why we dislike disabled veterns and why we ignored him as a disabled veteran.... he then threatened to call the police on us for what we still dont know his wife escorted him out of the building and we told him to get off our property immediately. 

    this man is a great dad, and a nice guy but he is going thru a lot of mental challenges being a disabled veteran and having a few family members that are in critical condition from cancer....  I know he is a great guy and I don't think his actions today reflect the type of person he actually is (despite his anger toward us) 

    that being said he calls us 20 times a day for an item he hasn't or didn't pay for nor did he sign or complete a contract..... we advised him of this several times via email text and phone. we did say several times we would complete a proof but again our internal process was not followed properly by the consumer. 

    when he entered the building he was yelling at us and we kindly apologized for the delay ( on delay he felt was a delay) our average turn around for a custom helmet is a min of 30 days and with orders ahead of his he felt his was priority because of his personal situations.  he continued to **** and his wife asked him several times to calm down and leave as we listened to him screaming at us. 

    he did not come in to discuss anything he walked in during us on a zoom call yelled and demanded his helmet. he also threathened to trash us everywhere online. he also did this infront of an employee a customer and our video camera system.

    we'd kindly ask that this not posted as it is not exactly what happened... there are many details missing from this but if it is posted please know this man is a good hearted dad and I think his personal situations were taking out on us based on feelings and emotions.
