  Promises but doesn't deliver. 3years later & still waiting for him to fix the problem that he said he'd do 3 years ago . I'm beginning to think that possibly the headstone was not properly installed and is now leaning over. Other stones in the same area do not seem to have this problem & have been there longer. Repeated phone calls are met with excuses and promises that it will be done in about 3 weeks , or going there shortly. I've had 3 years of patience and frustration has led me to write this review I guess we'll just have to fix the stone as best we can by ourselves or if we can't find someone reliable to help us.

  The monument was purchased from my company 16 years ago in 2006, and it was just not too long ago Stephanie O**** contacted my company about it leaning. Sorry to say, I was going to address it when I got up to that particular cemetery and straighten it for her at no charge. I am not sending a piece of equipment and help out to that location in the country and do it at no charge especially after that amount of time has passed If she was willing to pay for our services to do the job, I would have been out there by now, The monument is located in a very wet part of the cemetery and I have installed other monuments it that area in the past. I have no control over what happens after 16 years and what has transpired with the land after that amount of time. When people have nothing better to do with there time except to complain to others, they need to find a hobby. I will address the situation when I get out that way with other work that I have for that area in the near future unless she is willing to pay our charges that need to be paid in advance, I will then address it immediately.
