I purchased a headstone from this company. My final payment was April 26, 2021. I still have not received my stone. They were supposed to install it at the cemetery and that is not done either. Every time I call its a different excuse. He is very rude. Its been 2 years and nothing.

    Business Response

    Date: 10/25/2023

In reference to this complaint, this is the first I was made aware of this.  There are no other emails on ************************************ that references that a complaint had been made.

***************** was personally at my place of business with her daughter approximately 10 days ago, looked at her completed monument, and was very well verbally pleased with the design exactly as she requested. I explained to **** that due to the excessive amount of rain recently, the installation would take place as soon as the grounds dry up.

This monument that ***************** purchased was on a payment program that we both worked out without interest at $100 per month which took her approximately one year to pay. Upon the final payment, the monument was ordered, and after the fabrication time of approximately 6-8 months, it was sent to me for the final work to be completed by me. It was done in a reasonable amount of time, and I was never in any way rude to her.  The few times that she called me, I gave her updates. I foresee an installation in approximately 2 weeks as long as the weather permits with drier grounds

    Sincerely,

    **************************
