    Can I leave 0 stars? They fire off at you if you call them about them not picking up your trash. This week they left a nasty note on my can and didn't take it as they complained it was too heavy. Let me explain too heavy: In the past, I put my usual garbage in my can and it was not even half full. I put a lot of styrofoam in, which was more than half of the can but up to the lid. They wouldn't take it cause it was too heavy. I pulled all the styrofoam out and put more garbage in and they took! One other time, I took the sticker off my can that said it was too heavy, left it sit and they took it the next week. When I first started with them, I replaced my garbage can as it broke. They broke my next one I had just bought forcing me to buy another can. This can is bigger and seems better made. Now they complain about my can being too heavy. I try to take it down when it is only half full in the hopes that it is not heavy.

    After having one of their receptacles for a year, it has taken over 2 weeks to get dumpster removed from property. Still waiting to see if removed as of this review. Customer service is awful, this woman insinuated to me over the phone that the residents of the location must be "pigs or hogs" if I had any complaints about trash coming out of the dumpster because certainly it couldn't be them. I've kept the dumpster cleaned and generally the lid closed but when they come to dump it, somehow its my fault they leave anything that fell loose lying in the grass. Overall would not recommend, will never be going back myself to this company, and I wish there was a way to give them a lower rating.
