    The trash containers bottom is half gone and the hook to lift it to dump it has fallen off. We have been trying to get it fixed for about 2 years. They told us that we are on a list. But it is not a priority because they only pick up once a month.

    In December 2022 I contacted cocolamus creek to obtain a dumpster. I was told they could deliver a dumpster sometime in January and to put a cone where I would like the dumpster. In late January the dumpster was delivered. I was then contacted via ****** messages on my companies ****** page and was told my phone was disconnected and my credit card was declined, and not to put anything in the dumpster. After calling them on my phone which was not shut off and never has been and confirming my number and credit card info, I was told by the woman who answers the phone that she must have written my information down wrong. I was then told I was all set. They then began to pick up the trash and charging me bi-weekly, however our agreement on the phone was for monthly pickup not biweekly. I'm a truck driver and I'm only home on the weekend. I would not agree to a biweekly pickup of 1 or 2 bags of garbage at 40.00. When I asked why this was happening I was told they do not pick up this type of dumpster monthly it was only biweekly or weekly, something I never would have agreed to. I was then told I was in a 2 year contract which had never been mentioned before this point. 2 weeks later they again picked up my trash and charged me. The dumpster had 2 bags in it. While picking up, the operators of the truck tore down a large dragon that is part of my sign for my electronics company. I have them on camera doing this. I replaced the dragon and 2 weeks later they did it again. Again on camera. I contacted cocolamus about the damage done to my sign and was told to send pictures to a cell number. I recieved no responce for 2 weeks and again they picked up this time an empty dumpster and charged me. I then messaged the cell number asking for a responce as to what would be done about this damage. I was then called yelled at insulted and told they are taking the dumster. These blow up dragons can no longer be purchased. They were a landmark for my company. I've seen a 20% decrease in customers.

    Ok so back in august of 2017 I realized that I could no longer afford trash service from cololamus creek disposal. At this point I owed them for 3 months of service. So I contacted them via phone *************, spoke with who ever answers the phone at that number not sure of a name. I informed this lady that I could no longer afford these services and requested for them to retrieve their property. ( 1 yard dumpster). The lady used foul language and told me the dumpster would stay untill the payment was made for the months of June,July, august of 2017. I informed her that I didn’t have the money and don’t know when I would. So since august of 2017 cocolamus creek disposal has charged us for services every month till current date even tho we have told them many times over and over that we don’t want the services. Mind you this whole time no services have been rendered. They harass me about paying them 1,400 dollars for the dumpster that has been here all these years that I haven’t used since august of 2017. They have been sending me fake papers from the magistrate which I’m sure is illegal. I would be willing to pay the amount owed for the months of June, July , august of 2017 the total being 134.25. But anothing beyond that is forced services that I was very clear that I don’t want. I have used a company called selvesters since January of 2018. When cocolamus creek disposal discovered I was using another service they came out spray painted their company logo off of their dumpster told me they would bill me every month for rent of their dumpster. So for years I have been trying to get them to remove this dumpster. Now they say it doesn’t belong to them. So my question is then why are you billing me for it. All I ever get is foul language and threats from the lady that answers the phone their. She has even gone as far as threatening harm to me and my family. I’m tired of being bullied by a salty company please help.

    Hi . So the issue I'm having is with a garbage disposal service, Cocalemus Creek . The has happened a few times . Basically, every Monday morning the garbage truck stops by to pick up everyone's garbage . 1. Everyone elses gets picked up, mine gets left behind . Reason 1. Specific spot on the sidewalk . Reason 2. Size of the bags . Readon 3. ( during winter ) they hunt . Reason 4. That the bags might have been pit out on pick up day, (the were out since sunday night ) . They collect $58'50 from me every 3 months, and I expect service . That's it . I look forward to hearing from you soon . Thank you .*********************************** .
