      Hello,

      This is in response to the above case #.

      The customer states that the service is inconsistent,  reviewing the account it seems that there is an issue with the street being blocked for several weeks making it unable for us to get the trash picked up.  There were also occasions where there were cones blocking off the road.  

      Each time the customer did call in letting us know that we did return the next day to get their container emptied.  This is an issue that is not in the customer nor our control when people park their vehicles making is impossible to get a truck down it to service customers.

      Unfortunately, this customer has cancelled their service with.

      We are sorry for the inconvenience this caused the customer, but do try to get the issues resolved.

      We had a dumpster at our apartment building located at *** * ****** ** ** ****** ** and the trash was no being picked up. When we called several times we were given no explanation as to why it wasn’t, they just said they’d take care of it, but no one ever came. After speaking with a supervisor that again offered no explanation we cancelled the service. We then received an $80 bill for a dumpster removal fee which we called & told them we have no intention of paying. We were also told by our current trash company that that is not a legitimate charge & to refuse to pay it . We have since received a late fees every month bring the total to $120.00. We would like this fraudulent charge removed along with all of the late fees.

      This is in reference to the above case#.

      This account had a miss pick dispute on Feb 4, 2022 , which was picked up. We also show a weather condition pick up work order that was entered on Feb 8th that we took extra for that pickup.

      I don't show any other issues that were called in on this account.

      The account was then cancelled on March 1, 2022.  At that time a workorder to remove the container was put in with a charge of $80 which states on the contract that was signed  would be the amount charged.

      This account shows paid in full with no balance due.
