    Had an unfortunately bad experience with Molas4U. I chose a specific pair from Roberto over email and was very excited about this particular design. The pair that arrived was NOT the pair I ordered, it had a different design I did not like. I tried to contact Roberto to get the correct pair over email and he did not respond. I contacted him again over email and all he said was he did not get my previous email. No help nor offer of sending the pair I had actually ordered.

    I met them at a craft show. They did not have my size so I ordered a pair. They told me it would be about 3 weeks, it has now been 5 months. They say they sent them, but they have not arrived, they are unable or unwilling to give me a tracking number or any updates. They also have stopped answering my texts and emails.

    My friend and I met owner Roberto Q******* at an arts and crafts festival in Sedona, AZ. My friend bought a pair of Molas and ordered another pair online 3 months ago. They immediately charged her card and claim the shoes were sent, but cannot provide a tracking number. It appears they are laughing at her when they answer her emails. This company is ripping people off!
