I would not recommend. They charge an outrageous amount for the little amount of miles that they tow your vehicle. They stated that since it was an accident they had to up charge. The worker stated that I should have had Full coverage. And I shouldn't have gotten into an accident. They are very rude and obnoxious and if I could give them a negative 10 I would

Tow driver had a large parking lot at my home (it can accommodate 12 or more cars) and while attempting to turn around, drove his truck numerous times onto my manicured lawn during a wet, soggy season, and totally destroyed that portion of my yard with almost foot deep rivets at spots, and they tore up the grass badly. There was absolutely no reason for him to go onto the lawn. There was more than adequate space for him to turn his vehicle around as we have many trucks do so here. Then, when I called, understandably upset at what his driver just did to my lawn, the rude owner had the nerve to call me a dick when I called to complain about it. There are far more professional outfits out there. I would never use them if I were you!

I lent my Dodge Grand Caravan to my friend to use. He was driving on the Pa Turnpike and had the left rear tire blow out. He had to leave it there .His wife had a medical emergency. They NEVER contacted me that they had it .(May 23,2022) when incident happened. Had to contact Skook Auto Sales to find it. It took a month for the Pa State Police to notify me by mail. Hoping to have it returned by these unethical people. Their towing license should be revoked. (PERMANENTLY) . That would send a STRONG message to these impound lot people. ( I'd give them -10 stars.

Extremely rude and unprofessional! Employees and owner made fun of me and we’re very abusive over the phone. Refused to release my car because “he’s the owner and he just changed the rules”. They charged me we for extra storage, threatened to “sell your $*** to the junkyard”. AVOID
