This company is predatory on college students! Please read the agreement very thoroughly if you plan on renting from this company. You will not get your security deposit back no matter how clean you leave the place. They make stuff up and charge you. They charge for inspection, painting, cleaning carpets when you leave and make things up to charge you more.On the agreement they charge for things that they should be doing, like inspections. Why would a tenant pay for an inspection .And they did this twice! Charge for painting when the house didn't need painting.Charge for new burner plates when they were clean and didn't need to be replaced.Charge for blinds when there was nothing wrong with the blinds and even got charged for a blind that didn't even exist! Please think twice before dealing with this company!!!
