Nature of the dispute - I bought a domain and hosted a generative-ai application for detecting fraud and increasing observability for a client of my business in financial services. I have over 15 years of software consulting experience include 7 fortune 500 companies and now Zoox, a subsidiary of amazon web services that develops self driving robotaxis. My domain was deleted without cause. Furthermore, there was no notification that it went down And after 2 weeks of begging the business of ******** i was ignored and was not able to fix the application, losing the client in question.I was not asked before my property was destroyed, which includes the time and labor i put into the application. Support was evasive, and purposefully misleading with intent to deceive.

    Hello ************ owns a websites called top-rated.online .I, *************************, am listed by this website as a doctor accepting patients at lionhead walkin clinic. *************************************************************************************************************** This is not correct. I do not work at this clinic. As a result of their false advertising, patients are being redirected to a clinic that I do not work at. More seriously, lab results and IMPORTANT LEGAL AND HIPPAA REGULATED ( CONFIDENTIAL) documents that are patient sensitive are being directed to this clinic. This has serious implications on patient safety. I have contacted the website and they refuse to remove the content. They claim it must be removed of ****** first. However, a ****** search only shows this website that indicates I work at lionhead clinic (top-rated.online)Please note, ****** itself does not advertise me as working for this clinic. As I am sure you are aware, this is defined as defamation and libel which is a crime in ***************** and ******. More seriously, the redirection of patients and records to another clinic has serious consequences I will ask you to remove this website with in a week or I will file with the courts for interfering with my patient safety and defamation!Thank you *********************
