    The company mission is to provide a positive dynamic between customers, where individuals and businesses alike are treated fairly. ** has developed strong relationships with the community, and built a reputation of quality and fairness customers can depend on. From your company website Your mission has failed, miserably. The most expensive 18 mile tow ever. They say its under contract, but they wrote the contract. Our kid was in an accident. Had to be extracted from the car. They charged almost $2100 which included 2 days of storage and 5% credit card processing fee. I understand that you have overhead, equipment and people to pay we have a kid with multiple broken bones and medical expenses any compassion or empathy? ****. Can you help us out in any way? ****. How about loading what remains of the car, can you help? We can charge you more to tow it somewhere else, otherwise nope. Not looking for free, just a little help, in an unexpected horrible situation. Nope, dont care. Pay or well continue to add charges. ************** it took two drivers and two tow trucks to do what I did by myself with half the tools after your team said it could not be done. We paid, we did what we had to do in a time when a person should have been more important. We will talk to everyone and anyone who will listen to never use AE Towing. Rude, ruthless and unprofessional.
