    On December 10, 2023, my car was towed from an apartment complex. I called ********* within 2.5 hours of towing to retrieve my vehicle. My complaints are as follows:1) *********** held my vehicle and would not release it until after 1 hour of my call, despite employees being present on-site to answer the call.2) *********** engaged in hidden fees and price gouging. I was charged $275 for impound, $80 for "dollies," $75 for after hours release, and a $75 "gate fee." The employee on the phone did not disclose the additional 5% credit card fee when I called to ask specifically about payment methods.

    I called ************************ for towing service today at 11:30 AM. They contracted with A & E Towing. After being told multiple times different tow truck arrival times by both ************************ & A & E Towing, A & E ****** didn't show up before my mechanic closed at 5 PM. I waited 5-1/2 hrs for A & ** ******* tow truck driver didn't call me until 5:03 PM to say they were on the way to my house. It's a good thing my truck was sitting in my apartment complex parking lot at home because I'm Diabetic, I have Kidney ************************ ***** Disabled; I would have been sicker than a dog waiting for A & E Towing at the side of the road.
