      I ordered a bag back on May 12th. Have called multiple times since. They said it delivered. I told them it didnt. They said they would reship it. I called again today and they said it delivered again. I told them it did not. I said I needed a refund and they are refusing me a refund just that they would ship it again. Great so it can not deliver again??? Total scam!

      Didn't read fine/misleading print and ended up charged $98 and a recurring membership for a go bag I thought was free + shipping. Invoiced only for the shipping was further misleading. I was "reminded" later the bag was enroute and I would be billed $98. Emailed customer service and told to contact a phone #. Did that and got a guy who tried to up sale me, finally said he would cancel order, gave me a number, then said the bag would be delivered soon. I told him I DID NOT WANT THE *** but he said he could only cancel the ongoing membership (I never wanted). Emailed customer service again and have not heard back. I was well within the 30 money back guarantee period advertised. I will try to dispute charges with the CC company but looking at other complaints it is obvious these folks are scammers with misleading business practices.

      On 9/11/22 I received a text sale announcement from a vendor I thought I knew. I ordered a couple of items and was charged immediately. A month later, I still have not received anything. I called customer service and they said the item was shipped and received. I said it was not. I asked for the shipping tracking number and they could not provide. They said they would send out another order right away. They would not give me the new tracking number so Im going to assume this outfit is a scam, especially after reading other consumer reviews.Ive attached the invoice for reference.

      I ordered products on 3/19/22 that totaled $59. On 4/2/22 I was charged $67 for something I never ordered or even seen a description on the webpage. Tried calling multiple times with no response. As of 6/8/22 I have received no product or communication with this scam company. Stay far away from these scammers.

      I purchased a product on a promotion for $14.95, since then I've been charged $67 twice which I did not authorize.

      Purchased advertised FREE (just pay $14.95 S&H) go bag and it was not free because of the promotion was misleading and I was charged $67.14 .I called them and they said it was lost and they will reorder with no refund,it has been 8 wks since I ordered it. Thanks
