I bought a flashlight from this business though I know it would end up becoming the worst thing I ever decided to do. I continue to get billed $90 every month for a pocket knife subscription that I never signed up for. I emailed the company several times to cancel this subscription and they kept giving me a number that nobody answered to call and I can cancel from there. I continue to email this business in order to cancel the subscription because nobody answered the phone or returned your call. They continued to send the phone number to call which ended up being the incorrect phone number the entire time I called the phone number that is on the charge on my account. They picked up and finally claimed that my subscription was canceled. The weirder thing about it was the lady that answered the phone just sat there quiet for like two minutes before she even said hello or anything at all. This company is weird shady and completely unprofessional. I would stay away from it. Its very sad knowing that we try to support American businesses and this is the shady type owners that we get. No wonder everything we buy is from ***** because we cant trust Americans do their job With honor and integrity . Even worse to say coming from a pro 2A business like this.Initial Complaint

They took my money for 2 products over 4 months ago on February 3rd, 2024. They won't deliver my product to me or refund my purchase. They won't even let me speak with a supervisor. I have attempted to get this resolved with them on multiple occasions.Initial Complaint

I order a product Nov 3 2023 - Order Number D7446006EE. It was never received. I call about the order in December, again Jan 2nd, Jan 17th, Feb 5 and Feb 26th. They always say it should be delivered within one to two weeks. When I asked for a refund - was told there was no way to refund and wouldn't connect me to a supervisor or owner. I did not agree to a subscription of $98, I cancelled their mistake prior to the CC charge using the submission form they sent to me via e-mail. Charged my CC regardless, and disconnected my call within 30sec of customer service picking up. They are 100% thieves and a scam attempting to operate as a legitimate business.Initial Complaint

I missed the fine/misleading print and ended up charged $98 and a recurring membership for a go bag I thought was free + shipping. Invoiced only for the shipping was further misleading. I was "reminded" later the bag was enroute and I would be billed $98. Emailed customer service to cancel the $98 subscription but no response. Also went into their cancellation page and no response from that either. And now I am being told I ma being charged a third time. Emailed customer service again and have not heard back. I was well within the 30 money back guarantee period advertised. I am trying to dispute charges with the CC company but realistically I just want to have them stop attempting to charge me for something I do not want. Free bag minus paying S&H. Never arrived. Got charged the $98. Called and attempted to cancel. Was told I would not be charged again. Note:The reason this is written in the third person is I wrote this as an email to *********************************** in good faith that I would be fairly by what has turned out be a serial scam artist. I suffered a stroke that left me cognitively impaired, particularly in speed of writing. On my best days, I reach about 20 word per hour with a lot of spelling errors and missing words, despite using even composition and spelling aid applications. So, I did not want to have to rewrite what has already taken me 18 hours to do.My Complaint I have two requests. Please cancel my order of the Stealth Go Bag. I repeatedly tried to enter my name.I tried to get website accept my request to cancel my order of the Stealth Go Bag many times. I tried logging in afresh, but to no avail.Please cancel my order of the Stealth Go Bag, immediately.
