I placed an order for a number **** of small parts. Mailed a check in full $51.90. The parts arrived a few weeks later, but they make a mistake on a spring that had a quantity of 2 and only sent 1. No packing slip, but numerous emails, one even with a desperate picture and pleading "i just need you to fulfill your order" to complete. Phones will not answer or able to leave voice mail. I did send a "fictitious" new order **** for the same spring from another email account, and they responded promptly to send a check in full or pay in full with PayPal. I have all emails and correspondence of above as needed and can forward as needed. I just want the 2nd spring sent that I paid for in full at $ 6.40.....Thank you for your help.Business Response

I purchased a 22lr m-100fs carbine rifle-black and urban camo. I ordered it on December 31, 2022. My order number is ****. I immediately sent them a check, which is the only payment option they would accept. Check number ****, written on December 31 2022 for $637.00. On 1/9/23 it posted on my checking account. Their website never said the rifle was on back order. I would not have ordered it if it had stated that. After cashing my check I received an email from ******************************* saying that the rifle was on back order because they were waiting for front sights from the casting company. Ok I know ***** messed up a lot so I decided to wait and see what happens. I did email her asking if another rifles sights would work and she said no. Now it's 3/15/23. I figured I allowed them plenty of time. I contacted them via email a couple of times, no response. Phoned them, no response. One of my emails I requested a refund. No response. My hands are tied. I'm out $637.00 and can't get anyone to talk to me. At this point in time I want a refund. No customer should have to go through all thisInitial Complaint

My order #**** was placed on March 17 2021. I ordered 2 rifles and multiple accessories from this company. I was told there would be a six month wait to get the things i ordered. It is now more than a year since my order and I'm still missing 1 rifle and accessories for that rifle. I have contacted the company several times through email and phone and received no response. The order was in the amount of $1987. Calico owes me this rifle or at the very least the $815 that has yet to be fulfilled.Initial Complaint

I sent them a check which they acknowledged (by email) received on 1/13/21. (They cashed my check in January 2021.) In a second email on 1/13/21 they said, "We are currently working on a minimum 14 week back log of pre paid orders." After about 6 months elapsed since they cashed my check, I called several times and got a hold of *******************************. She said they were waiting on front sights from the company casting them and should be able to tell me what was going on in a few weeks. After about 8 months elapsed since they cashed my check, I began calling them and leaving messages about my order (#****). After a week or two of making phone calls and leaving messages, I called and talked to *******************************. She said in an 9/16/21 email, "I am still trying to get an answer on a ship date for front sights from the company casting them. As soon as I get an answer from them I will advise everyone with .22lr firearms on an eta for their orders." In the first several weeks of January 2022, I have tried contacting Calico Light Weapon Systems in multiple ways; however, there has been no response to my multiple phone messages, emails, fax, and certified letter. ******************************* has promised the ****** Attorney General I will receive a full refund (in May 2022); I have received no money, no communication.Initial Complaint

Emailed and called 02/16/2022 before I placed the order. ******* stated the kits were available. I placed an order for the kit and 2 additional magazines on 02/21/2022 totaling $1144.00. Order number is ****. They will only accept checks and will not accept credit/debit cards (I wonder why...). My check was cashed on 03/08/2022. I had not received any shipping info for approximately two weeks, so I emailed *******. She stated they were waiting on a part to complete my kit but it would be shipping out the following week (would've been approximately April 1st). This is the LAST correspondence I ever receive. I've sent many emails and tried calling several times and get nothing in return. It appears to me that they are selectively answering new potential order emails, and returning phone messages for potential new orders. I wish I could have seen these reviews before I sent them my $. I have attached all correspondence and copy of cashed check. This would have been completely avoidable if someone from the company would have said "they are not available/in stock at this time". If that was the case I would have never placed an order. At this point ANY COMMUNICATION from them would be nice. I am not an impatient person but CALICO stated it was available, then stated it will ship next week, and now just ignore me after 3+ Months. I would like any assistance you can give me on either obtaining a refund or my product. I have also filed claims with the ** in my state and OR.
