      I placed an order on January 26, 2025, and received only an email confirming that the order was received. I sent payment the following day, but despite attempting to reach out to the business through multiple channels, I have not received any response or a return call. I am seeking fulfillment of this order, as finding these parts elsewhere has proven to be extremely difficult. I am dissatisfied with the lack of communication, and until this matter is resolved, I cannot recommend this business to others in need of parts or assistance with their Calico firearms.

      On Nov. 22, 2024, I called Calico Firearms in regard to availability of firearm parts that are advertised on their website. I was informed that they have the parts in stock and that I would have to create an account to place an order. I created the account that day and received an email from them confirming this. On Nov. 25, 2024, I placed my order for three different parts. I received an email stating, "Thanks for your order. It's on hold until we confirm that payment has been received. Order #**** November 25, 2024". On the same day I received an email from ******* ******** with payment instructions. They were, send a check or money order, online banking bill pay or ******. Attached to this email was a thread including the names ***** ******** and **** **** ****** from the sales ***** I used Online banking Bill *** through my credit union. The process date for the bill pay was Dec. 3, 2024. I have not received my order and on the website, it states it is "on hold". I have called, left voicemails, dialed by name directory several times and emailed them. I have received no response to any of these. The names of the people listed in the email do not even come up in their dial by name directory. I went to my credit union for assistance. They did confirm that payment was sent on 11/26/24 and cashed on 11/29/24, check #**********. That was all they could do for me. I would like to receive my order or a refund.

      On or about September 16th 2024 I sent in a firearm for repair model 951 for a barrel replacement. I was told by phone that it would take approx. 2-3 weeks and they would call me with the charges which I was told would be approx. $175 plus shipping return. Ever since then, I have had a very minimal time in trying to get them to replay back. I did get an email back from them after sending multiple emails, This was October 18th 2024 they replied back saying they were making new barrels and since then they have NOT returned calls or Emails. This was all supposed to be completed originally in 2-3 weeks per ******* on the phone. They do NOT return phone calls or emails. I just want the rifle fixed, and if that is NOT possible, I want it returned to me. I included my drivers license so they can return this directly to me because they are the original manufacturer of this firearm.

      Customer was emailed that we are waiting for barrel blanks in order to fix a barrel that was cut down and not legal. We do not have an eta on the barrel blanks yet. Customer sent back an email stating he would wait for the new barrel then followed up with an email stating he wanted the firearm back with no repairs being done. Which one is it? Does the customer want the firearm back repaired or as is.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      Dear ****


      I am not wanting to wait for a new barrel as their lack of communication with me does not bode well for the completion of the job in a timely manner, as per their original communication of 2-3 weeks. They failed to deliver items other I have spoke to about this and do NOT want to lose my firearm. The barrel was NOT cut down, it had the compensator removed. Please have them put a new compensator on the barrel and re-install it in the ********** doing that it would NOT be too short to be used and completely legal. They have said nothing about not having compensators, so it is implied that they should be able to do this in a reasonable time (week or 2) and return it to me. Bottom line I would like to have this rifle returned in the next 2 weeks. If this is not possible, I will have them return the firearm to me, and the barrel can be shipped to my firearms dealer, so there are no issues with having the rifle and a barrel that is too short. Let me know what the charges are for this either way and a reliable time frame to get it returned.

      I order a gun from the people back in August29 2024 and never received it , I have called them and emailed them around 20 times they will not reply back ,the only time I chatted with anyone was ******* the first time and she told me to send a check made out to Calico Light Weapons and when they received the check they would send me a tracking #, I have try to email them , call them a lot but no luck getting in touch with them , not one reply from them , I left a lot of messages on they machine .

      I purchased a .22LR M-100 Carbine Rifle - *********** on march 30th 2022 (Order #****), costing me a total of 637$, I was told by "*******************************" that they were working on a front sight post and that afterwards i would be given an update on shipping, this has never came.

      Bought a rifle from Calico in good faith. Check #****.They cashed it too. That was on 1/9/23. I tried calling them this morning 2/26/24. Left a message because I couldn't talk to anyone. My order # is 6328. I paid $637.00 for this item. Their website is still up and running so I assume they still take orders. I want either the rifle I ordered shipped or a refund. Thanks

      On 10/16/23 I placed order #**** for a 22LR Bolt Assembly & a 22LR Bolt Return Spring Assembly, totaling $166.40. On 11/29/23 they finally shipped a package & noted that the order was complete. On 12/2/23 I received part of my order, but not all of it, as the Return Spring Assembly was not included. I reached out to the company the day I received the order & multiple times since then asking about & requesting the remainder of the order but have received no response.

      I ordered a part from the company valued at $885 with shipping fees. The order was put on hold pending the check cashing. The check was cashed but the order remained on hold. There was no indication on the product page of a back order or waiting time. I reach out them via a contact us form and nothing. I tried several more times over the coming weeks nothing. I emailed their sales email address several nothing. I called several times nothing. Both of the previous attempted methods were done over a month or so period of time. I also reached out to their help email address as a last resort; a surprise to no one, I heard nothing back. At this point I want a full refund and to never do business with them again.

      I placed an order for an .22LR M-100 Carbine Rifle - Black and after the confirmation email never heard from the company again.They cashed my check though!I've attempted to call, email, etc and they do not respond. I event requested they cancel my order and they didn't respond.Please do not send your money to this company.
