      I have been with Arrow Exterminators on and off for almost ten years. This is the first negative review I have given on here. When you call them and ask to speak with someone in billing, it goes to a voicemail that isn't set up then hangs up on you. When you try to visit the office in person to the address listed on their website in OKC, it does not exist. I have been calling Arrow weekly to get a charge removed (it was a completion of service for a fifty square foot room, that they did not go out of the way for) for two months. This has been a waste of my time and energy. The mysterious Linda who maybe is the manager has never once tried to call. No one else that works there has the ability to help. All of this over $25. The issue here is with the management that obviously doesn't care about their customers. Don't trust a company that you can't speak with management on the phone or in person.
