Contractors were nice. Live alone and almost killed myself trying to clean & ***air my gutters on my home. I desperately needed everything ***laced on my detached garage and when I talked with the salesman, I let him know that I wanted to see what those results were before investing on the actual home. My home is old, built in the 1930s and the garage was built much later and actually very close to the same size. He quoted me for the garage alone (gutters, filters, downspouts, and some wood ***lacement). My home gutters werent nearly as bad, but needed ***lacing as well. Anyway, the sales *** ran my credit and said might as well do the home and get it all done with. There were heavy leakes at the joints (corners) and the down spouts were chewed and damaged by dogs. Anyway, the contractors who came informed me I needed miters as well (aka corners for laymen) and ***airs on the down spouts. I was like yeayoure ***lacing the gutters, correct? The salesman charged me MORE THAN double ONLY for filters on my home. The contractors were like, yea, it doesnt make sense to just put filters on bad gutters. Anyway, I called the salesman and he acted like he was doing me a favor by authorizing the contractors to put $10 aluminum corners and adding an elbow at the end of 1 downspout. Im livid. This was a 7k investment for something I could have done over a weekend for less than 1k. Im so disgusted and upset. You cant even read his horrible handwriting. Just dont do it. Call your friends or a local contractor first before you invest 8k or more for junk. I wish I never contacted this business. Not worth your $$.

If I could leave no stars I would. My journey started out at the International Auto ******* the ********* in ********* ****. Leaf Filter had a booth there, and I've been wanting to replace my gutters with some kind of leaf guard on them. Leaf Filter called me and set up a appointment. The salesperson who came out turned out to be very high pressure. I told him I just wanted a price, and in the spring install them. When he asked about if I was going to finance them and when I said no, the push got worse. He started with a price omf $12,000 and came down to $7,300, if they did it right away. Everyone I talked to after the install said that was a bit much, and I should of got other prices, they said how they could go from 12 grand to 7? After the installation is when the fun begain. After they got their money, the original salesperson was never to be heard from again. When I did get a hold of a representative he addressed some of the issues I had. They did send a guy out to fix that. But when the original contract called for 6 downspouts and only 5 were needed there was no one that contacted me about a credit. In fact I've left text messages and voice mails and never was contacted by them. Another concern was years ago I had to have my gutter board fix, it pulled away from the rafters, well they took out those fasteners and never put them back, and I read the contract and Leaf Filter states their not responsible for the gutter board pulling away, so if it does happen it's not their problem. The only other thing I noticed was their installers wore absolutely NO safety equipment, even while up on the roof. If your in the market for new gutters with a leaf guard on them GET OTHER PRICES. I still wonder how much lower the salesperson would of gone if I wouldn't of taken the price he gave me? ??LeafFilter Gutter Protection

We live in ** ***** and the salespeople sent to us were great. We walked the outside of the house twice to make sure everything was what we wanted, and then the offer was within our range. The install guys could not have been better. They were here the NEXT DAY- fast and made little changes when we needed them. All were very friendly and helpful.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

1 starI had leaf filters installed on my house about 3 years ago, don't waste your money. they will not follow-up and they will not guarantee their work. I was told by the sales person that they would lower my gutters if necessary, they did not lower the gutters. And the leaf filter is installed perfectly flat which causes it to gather. All types of debris. I still have to go up the ladder and clean the leaf filter every couple of months. I had customer service out here many times they finally told me they weren't coming back.Review fromRonald P

The whole process was quick, good value and good sales. The next day the installation team replaced our gutter in the front of our house and installed the leaf filter front and back of our home. 1 starIn 2023, we purchased the LeafFilter Gutter Protection system. Their selling point is that it will keep debris out of the gutter. Unfortunately, a little over a week ago we noticed that 2 small birds were going in and out of the gutter and taking twigs inside the gutter. We purchased the system to keep any debris and birds out of our gutters. Last week, we called LeafFilter to come out and see why birds were able to get into the gutter since it was supposed to be covered. They sent a repair person out to take a look at the issue. The repair person said that the LeafFilter covering did not go all the way to the end of the gutter. He fixed and secured the LeafFilter Gutter system and we have not seen any birds going in and out. Our issue is that we paid for a system that would cover our ENTIRE gutter system. As it turns out, it doesn't seem like we received all the material that we paid for since there were birds going in and out of the gutter because of a gap. What really upsets us is that they charged us a $95 service fee to rectify an issue that was caused because they shorted us on the material that should have been installed. In other words, not only did we get shorted on the material that we paid for but we were charged $95 to fix it. Interestingly enough their website proudly boasts the following: “Our system is completely sealed and durable, allowing it to keep debris out of your gutter” To which we would say is true ONLY if the system is installed in its entirety. The warranty as shown on the website states, “Once installed, your gutters are guaranteed to never clog again. Enjoy the peace of mind that your gutters are protected from all types of debris including pine needles, leaves, and maple spinners.” We no longer have a peace of mind knowing that any gap in the system caused during installation may result in birds and debris entering into our gutters and possibly clogging the gutters and causing water damage.
