    I order online 10-18-23 and to date 12-27-23 have never received my items but they took my money right away...sent numerous emails and no response, except 1 on 11-21-23, stating 2 items were on backorder asking if I want a refund. He couldn't understand why the in Stock items were not shipped. I said yes to the refund and send the items....never received either. That was the last response from them. NEVER ORDER FROM THEM!! Guess I will never get my order. They are in OH, I am in PA am disabled and don't drive so ordering online I THOUGHT would be easier...guess not

    We have sent a refund back to your card. Sorry for the inconvenience... The person who was in charge of the order never fulfilled it. This is not the first time and has been terminated.

    Horrible customer service. Ordered couple hundred dollars worth of products. Only shipped 3/4 of what I ordered saying the others where back ordered. Been many months tried getting of hold of them any was possible (phone, social media, messages) no response no answer. Do not order from these guys. The took full payment from me and I have no received what I ordered
