    I ordered darts from this facility and was charged immediately. A week after I ordered, I reached out to “customer support” on their website, put in a ticket, and called the store/left a voicemail as there was no answer. I eventually got an email from the owner that was vague and said something about it “preparing to ship from their warehouse in Texas” which was odd. I have emailed several times since, both through their website and directly back to the one I received. I have messaged them on ******** and tried calling several more times, and put in “tickets” to customer support on their website, with no response. I paid $124.99 plus $4.43 for shipping and have gotten nothing in return. I made this purchase with my bank card which makes it more difficult to do any kind of stop on that end. I am hoping that hearing from the BBB will motivate them to actually communicate with customers and make sure that they are not acting as a scam.

    On-line purchase on 7/27/2023 in amount of $31.48 which was deducted on the same day from my bank account. I have made numerous phone calls and voice messages left without a response. I sent an email to ************************* today 8/20/2023. Would like a refund since they haven't sent a tracking number or any follow-up for the merchandise i purchased. Please let me know if you can help me. Thank you *** ***** *********
