Source One repossessed my truck on the night of April 23rd or the morning of April 24th because I was three days late on a payment. No notification from either party. Worked with ******* Bank and made the necessary payment to secure the release. Alec was on the phone with Michelle from ******* Bank when I arrived the first time to coordinate the release and ensure it was outside their gated area once the release occurred, so that I could pick it up in the evening. Everything sounded good then. ******* Bank confirmed the payment to both Alec and me, and we were waiting for Terasa to return from lunch to process the release. I called later in the day to ask if the release went through, and was told that it did not go through, and I requested to get my personal effects from my truck, as I had prescription medication and work equipment in the car. I left my payment receipt from ******* Bank and a credit card after I left to ensure that Source One would assess any fees that would be covered if ******* Bank did not disclose them to me. I showed up the second time in the evening, Alec gave me my receipt and credit card back, but did not acknowledge me or allow me to get my personal effects from my truck.

Alec offered the customer his personal property but the customer refused to take it.

That was for Thursday the 24th. On Friday the 25th came back with an appointment to pickup my vehicle after paying ******* Bank the agreed upon amount but was told that it was not released. Made comments on the form I was given along with my id and left to call ******* Bank and go to their Norton branch but on my way out sustained an injury. Called on my way back from ******* Bank to pickup my stuff, when I arrived my stuff was in a tote on the lobby. I was not allowed to notate that on the previous form, tried to inventory my items in the lobby but was told I was causing an inconvenience, a mess, and was threatened with having the police called. I left and notified ******* Bank of the situation

Should be negative stars. 1 star is entirely too generous. Not sure how it’s so many negative reviews for this place and having Janice as the office manager. She is by far the most unprofessional woman I have ever met. Walked in, there is a glass window which means she can see me. She was on the phone. A guy who works there let her know she had a customer. She looked up at him and said okay. He spoke to me and went to the back. Her phone conversation was about her being off Thursday and Friday and how her birthday is Friday 6/7 and turning up. Eventually after finishing her conversation and printing whatever paperwork she opens the glass and said here sign these without explaining anything, introducing herself, ANY acknowledgement previously. Then she popped an attitude when I asked her if I can see my car before signing anything. Then when I asked her if she was okay she complained how she has 500 task to do….. if you had so many obligations then maybe you should’ve gotten off the phone. If your overwhelmed and it affects your interactions with people in which that is your job description then you need a new job
