    I like their plug and playsystem because it is so easy to setup, I couldn't believe it. The cables were quickly connected, the recorder quick setup and the network attachment was smooth. Great system and a great price.

    Had to call in about 4-5 times and everytime I was welcomed. I was new at this security ************ and they did not mind me. They were very patient and helpful and we just got there. Wonderful service

    Horrible company. I paid for a product they offered online and was informed that they would need 2 MONTHS to get me the product. After 3 MONTHS I have not received the product and they have not communicated with me in any manner.SCAM!!! Avoid at all cost.

    Asked a multitude of questions to assure i was getting the right product. ***** ** Told me the product i was looking for was the US model, and the S6 version of the ****************** wasn't sold in the USA. I placed a order for 2k worth of cameras, and guess what... the S6 models showed up on my doorstep today. Filed for a RMA, and was told i'd need to pay to return them when i asked for a prepaid label. Listed my experience on ******** and mentioned them - They removed it and turned off reviews. If that doesn't scream ****** customer experience, and ****** company...

    This company's policies is outrages. I ordered qty 2 cameras costing $1100.00 each. They shipped qty 1 and charged for both cameras, with out notify me that the other camera is back ordered with no availably date. Charging for something that is not available with in 30 days is against CC policy. after months I requested a **A for the one camera. after searching for different cameras and supplier that had what I needed in stock. I returned the one camera. it was shipped back to me because the ** was over ********************************* other complaints they are rude and this return policy is obviously there master plan to not take things back. So they can take months to send stuff but reject a return when its their issue.Stay away from this company they are rip offs Ps: I disputed charge on CC and I am sure they will ignore this complaint like all others

    Do not use this company for anything- their customer service is terrible and rude. I purchased a smart lock from them- and the product came damaged. They made me send it back. It got lost in the mail (the entire time I was in touch with a staff member trying to explain what was going on). They received the product and then sent it back to me without communication. They told me that now it was past the return window, and that I was unable to get a replacement. Now I am fighting them with my credit card company to get my money back. They are unorganized and unhelpful. It was a waste of my time and money. I wish I read the other negative reviews below before working with this company. I work for a large property management company- and they have lost of great deal of business.

    Purchased a product from them without them telling me that the install required specific software and a certified installer. Once it arrived (over 1 month later) . They did not provide any assistance with finding a certified vendor in my area for install. I did my own research and found no one in my area is certified, rendering my purchase useless. Mind you, this equipment was over $1100.00 in value. I started a return and sent back the unit. I used a different box to ship it back. They reject my return due to not putting enough bubble wrap in the box and it was missing a ziplock bag. They returned it to me. (note: there was NO damage to the unit itself) I added the ziplock and more bubble wrap and sent it back to them (shipping is $40 !!) they now are refusing to refund me and also keeping the unit hostage. So i am out $1100.00 with no unit either.Their customer service was extremely unhelpful and pretty rude in my opinion. I am a fleet manager and work with a lot of different vendors and i have never experienced such terrible service. 0/10 would not recommend DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS BY PURCHASING THEIR PRODUCTS, YOU WILL REGRET IT.
