    They said the cameras I ordered were in stock. I was contacted 2 days after ordering and was told the camera had actually been discontinued from the manufacturer but they could substitute the new version for the same price. I agreed. Told them we needed this order asap. Was told 3-5 days. Now I find out that they don't have this camera in stock and they ordered from the manufacturer. They would be shipped from the manufacturer in ********** to their location in ********. I asked if they could ship directly to us in ******** from the manufacturer since we need them asap. I was told no. I've been trying to get an order update ever since. Their order update page on their website does not work. I've tried their "chat" several times and "no one is available". They will email me within 3 days. 3 days?!!! Really?!!! I have not received an email response from the ***. *** is totally ghosting us. I reached out to our Hikvision *** and he said we may have an issue with 123Sercurity Products. They have had many issues with this company. Spent about $6000 on this order and have no answers. Very frustrating.

    The best company we have ever done business with via the Internet! Their customer service is outstanding. We purchased two cameras from them. Their recommendations were excellent and their prices were great. We had a mounting bracket issue upon installation (our error) and were very pleased with the terms of their return and exchange policy. We were given full credit and received prompt delivery of a replacement bracket that fit our needs.
