    I bought a Training Program through The Knowledge Academy on Monday December 5, 2022. Within 5 hours later, I decided to cancel the purchase. The course is supposed to start on Monday December 12, 2022.The Knowledge Academy is refusing to act on my email instructions to cancel my purchase and refund my funds. I have indicated to them that I do not plan to take a course with them now of in the future. All I want is for them to return my payment. Its been more than 30 hours now without progress. They are promise to reach out to me by close of business yesterday. I have made numerous calls and repeated emails without success.Can you please use your good offices to help me to get my funds back.

    I signed up for an in-person ISO ***** Lead Auditor training course that was to take place the week of 5/16/2022 in ******* ********. The Knowledge Academy canceled the in-person session and told me I could take an online course instead. However, I was only interested in taking the in-person, classroom course when I signed up. Since cancelling the course, The Knowledge Academy has not responded to any of my requests for a refund, neither their customer service nor the salesperson with whom I spoke (***************************).     5/3/22 Signed up for a $3,500 classroom course that did not exist. The company took payment then provided me a link for a virtual course in case they could not arrange a course they said was already scheduled. I was lied to. Payment was accepted before any course existed in my area. I was told AFTER purchase that IF they could not arrange a course they would issue my refund. The problem is, I was never informed that I was paying $3,500 for the CHANCE to attend a classroom training if they could scrounge something together. These courses require certified trainers and this company feigns a reputation to trick consumers. The phone numbers are disconnected or foreign and the only viable contact/customer service is email. ********************** is a scam.

    I paid $4995 for ISO ***** in-person training that states it is a 5-day training. Within 3 weeks of the training I needed to switch to virtual which is a reduced cost of $1695 and they would not refund the difference or provide any sort of credit. I then attended the virtual training that states it is 5 days of training - the training lasted for a total of 5 hours on Monday and Tuesday and 2 hours on Wednesday. The training materials were never sent to me as the instructor stated and I have filed 3 different customer service tickets and only get we are looking into this. They never provide any response or resolution. I also reached out to the sales person and nothing has happened there. My colleague is also trying to get a refund for an in-person training that Knowledge Academy canceled and they are not returning his emails.

    The customer was in contact with ***** ****** regarding outstanding tickets, this person has now left. The face to face session was canceled and the customer was moved to an online course. We are happy to discuss a retake/additional courses if the customer is still not satisfied and we are also happy to provide material if this was never given to the customer.
