      on march 23 2022 at about 6:45 pm we purchased a shed 8x7.5 we paid ****** dollars for it at **** club at ****************************************** which is about 2 miles away from my house because of my husbands recent knee surgery we decided to use the delivery and installation company that was advertised on the shed so on march 28th 2022 we paid configure to deliver and install the shed the price was ****** they informed us they were a little backed up so it would be about 15 days they actually had a person come to our house on april 26th i showed them where i wanted it to be installed she informed me that she couldnt put it on the perfectly flat slab of concrete i provided so she told me she was leaving it here so she could at least get her delivery fee and she proceeded to dump the 2 cardboard boxes in my backyard which made it impossible for me to shut my gate i have 2 dogs so i had to have a neighbor help me move them so my dogs could go out in the yard the shed in the boxes is still where they were left configure has documentation of that the installer took a picture so she could get paid for the delivery we have called everyday since then to get our shed installed with empty promises of callbacks that never happen i've even asked for a full refund which the refuse to give because they say it was delivered we live 2 miles from the store we bought it from we could have brought it home with us then but we trusted that delivery and installation wouldnt be a problem i think 47 days of waiting has been enough not to mention my grass is dead where the boxes have been laying all i want is my shed installed and i can not get any straight answers from them not to mention the long wait times to speak to someone
