I ordered furniture for 3 bedrooms (3 beds, 3 dressers), for my grand kids who live on Fort ******** Army base. I paid for the assembly of all the furniture which was provided by ********** through a third party, this company is called Go Configure. On 7/30/2022 we got a confirmation email AND phone call, confirming that they would be out to assemble the furniture on 8/4/2022 between 5am and 9am. We also received a phone call the day prior (8/3) to confirm, again 5am-9am. My daughter cleared all 3 bedrooms (including their old beds and dressers) to make room for the assembly of the new furniture. They never showed between them 5am-9am timeframe and when she contacted them, they stated that time was a mistake and should've been 5PM-9PM. They assured her they would be out by 6pm, no later. On 8/4/22, they didn't show up until 7:30pm. They assembled ONE dresser and left the house at 10:45pm. That night, my daughter called me to report that none of the furniture had been assembled except for one dresser, which was assembled incorrectly. The drawers were not aligned and wouldn't open and shut without force. I contacted Go Configure the next day they said "the instructions were wet and not legible". Instructions were located by my daughter and they were intact. Submitted evidence of this and the dresser and they said they would have field manager come with assembly team the next evening. They showed at 6pm and were there until 11:30pm. They put 2 more dressers together and the 3 beds they did incomplete assemblies claiming the furniture was missing pieces or were damaged and they were unable to do the assembly. Instead of informing my daughter prior to assembly, they half assembled things, then left saying there's nothing they can do. My daughter confirmed with manufacturer that all pieces were present for all furniture. The damaged furniture needs to be replaced by ********** but go configure won't come back to disassemble the furniture that they assembled with damage.Business Response

We purchased a play structure in April 2022 and was told it would be 6-8 weeks for delivery and instal. While the original date for the install happened right away, it all went down hill from there. They canceled on us the day before instal at 6pm with no reason. Then it was reschedule for over a month later. Today, July 31 they called an hour before they were to arrive and canceled. A purchase of a pergola was made at **** club in *********** on June 25. On the same date we were notified to use the assembly company Go configure for a charge of ****** in addition to the cost of the structure. We made contact the day of the purchase. As soon as we attempted to get a delivery date we encountered issues. We gave days of week for availability due to work. We experienced rescheduling of deliveries on over 7 occasions. The date for delivery was scheduled for July 8. The person arrived with a small child and no helper. They then refused to build the pergola. The manager **** was contacted. He advised that this was improper handling and would reschedule to do the build. It was then scheduled again for July 15. We waited until 4pm then called, they said the builder had car trouble. They never called us, we called. I attempted to cancel, the manager on phone *** stated they would fix this. They never called us, we called. The reschedule was then made for July 27. They called on July 26 and cancelled again saying the builder was busy. I requested that this order be cancelled. This company is collecting people's money and not showing up to perform work. They then have people answer and screen calls and never send a person to do the work that has been paid for. I requested a full refund of my money due to having to transport the large structure boxes back to **** club and never having the item built. The company has numerous complaints but **** club is having customers go through this terrible and costly procedure. I was told I would not receive my full refund, the managers are always in the field of in a meeting. The company is stealing money and not performing services that have been paid for in full prior to the work. No work has been completed. I will now have to rent a vehicle to try to return this item. Consumers need protection from fraudulent companies like this.Business Response

I scheduled a disassembly and re-assembly of a Springfree Trampoline on June 22 with Go Configure. They informed me I would receive a call within 48 hours to schedule the appointment. This never occurred. After following up with them multiple times, I was given an appointment date of July 3. The technician never showed up, and Go Configure even called to verify the appointment went well (in other words, they were unaware the technician no-showed). I was given a reschedule date of July 9. The technician no-showed on this day as well due to rain--however, it only rained for an hour at 9 am, but the technician still didn't show up for the rest of the day. I was given another reschedule date of July 23, and once again the technician no-showed. Go Configure is completely out of touch with their technicians and was unable to even reach this particular technician all day. I have moved out of state and my trampoline is sitting in my old backyard, which is now owned by someone else. The customer service reps are always very kind, but this business appears to be inept and unable to fulfill the most basic tasks. The district manager, ****, has been completely unhelpful, despite me attempting to escalate to him multiple times.Business Response

I purchased my BBQ grill from ********** on July 6th and it was delivered on July 7th unfortunately they don't assemble it. They work with a company named Go Configure. I'd like to file a complaint against Go Configure. As of today, my grill is still sitting in the back yard and in the box. Their technician as of today, still hasn't contacted me to give me a date and time for him to come over to my house and put my grill together. It's ridiculousBusiness Response

I bought a product from **** club on 6/12/22 and it was set to be delivered on 7/8/22 it was delivered with no installation. I was told I would be in contact for a future install date. I have called every day since and no additional response. I want a full refund of the delivery and install fee of $695.00 I paid so I can move on and find someone else to complete my installation, This is so unacceptable I get no customer service from this company. Horrible Company!!!!! I paid for a Gazebo to be assembled by this company! At the time that I paid for the service, I was informed that I would receive a phone call to schedule a date within 24 to 48 hours. After waiting on that phone call, I had to call and then was told 7 to 10 days to schedule the appointment. I was still waiting on that call, until i decided to call on Friday, the 24th of June, and was finally put on the schedule for the 29thof June. On the day of delvery, I received a phone call one hour prior to the delivery/install to be told that it would have to be postponed until the 9th of July because of the weather forecast. I was floored because weather forecasts are forecasted days in advance and I should have been told this at least 24 hours in advance for planning purposes. The very next day, On June 30th, I then received a phone call from one of the technicians, who said he would be out for the install on the 30th of June. I was shocked because that wasn't the date that was reassigned to me. So after him not showing up as he stated, I called back and he told me that it was a mix up with the company because he was told different. This has been a horrible experience with this company and am looking for A FULL REFUND! I AM TOTALLY DISSATISFIED WITH THIS COMPANY! Im an independent contractor that assembled different kind of bike , exercise gym. Ive been working with them for about 7 yrs. They give a a price range to assembled a treadmill for only $60. We pay for the gas. I know its a rip off but I need a job to pay bills. And now the economy is getting worst .Another thing it will say in my work order $100 including mileage and later on when I get my check it will be $60 because they where saying that I have two jobs in the area. Its not right because what ever the amount in the contract should be the same amount Im getting if I finished the job. They been doing this to me last years . And also this company works with a payroll system name ( ********** ) with a ridiculous deduction of my pay. And also its hard to get hold of there customer service . Bought Gazebo from ****** on 3/6. Paid for Gazebo installation in full from GoConfigure on 3/8. First time they were scheduled to come out: mid April - no one showed - no one called.Second time they were scheduled to come out: 5/17 (they cancelled two hours after they were supposed to be at my house).Third time they were scheduled to come out 5/21 - they cancelled the night before.I have called ******** 10+ times (Goconfigure). I have called ****** and I have called the Gazebo Mnfr (Shelter Logic). Shelter Logic recommended Goconfigure.All I want is the Gazebo installed - preferably before my Memorial Day Party.I still have nothing scheduled to install my Gazebo.
