      3/8/21 CAMERAS INSTALLEd. Drilled 2 inch hole thru wall to run wires. The camera installation could not be finished. ***** sent worker back 1 month later (4/6/21) to finish the install. paid the remaining balance of $500 and asked thru text for the paid receipt was told ”I’ll send later”. 2 weeks later on 4/12/21. On 4/26/21 text ***** due to having issues with the cameras. sent videos and pictures. His responses were “tomorrow” “This week” Next week came and went. He finally sent someone 3 months later (July 13,2021. The issue was never fixed. I texted him, again he said he will send someone. I asked when. He said “next week”. Next week came and went AGAIN. I called and texted him several more times and left voicemails. Heard back from him 1 month later ( Aug 13, 2021) He sent 2 guys who drilled 3 inch hole in ceiling. I had to pay to get fixed the guys left a mess of wires. Oct 14, 2021 I text ***** having issues with cameras being offline and monitor not turning on. ***** and I troubleshooted the issue and he determined and stated to me that the monitor is inoperable and he will send someone out to my home to swop it out with a new one since I am still under the warrantee. 1 week later call and text ***** asking when he is sending someone to do as we discussed. ***** text back he will send someone there “this week”. The week came and went. On 3 occasions his worker called and informed me they could be at my home in 3 hours which did not work for me. I expressed to ***** I need at least a days notice so I can make arrangement to be home. A couple of days later his worker called me to tell me his will be coming to fix the problems but never ever returned my call nor showed up. 12/6/22 still waiting for ***** to come replace our monitor that is not working and is STILL under warrantee. Spent $3,360.00 for a camera system which is still under warranty.
