      Wow got bought by Astound. Never had an issue with wow. Last week they transitioned their company, you might think it would be a seemless transfer by inheriting a solid providerwrong! It has been 4 days now without internet service. waiting hours to reach a Customer reps only yo find out they are clueless as to when the service would be back.

      Negligence and incompetence. I had to get unlimited data for my phone while our internet was down for 3 days. My wife works from home, usually. Most people have had no service for 5+ days with this change over. We have ******** 5g coming soon for $33 less a month than this garbage.
