1 starVery rude and unprofessional staff. After a short phone call I realized immediately that this organization is pushy, rude and unwilling to answer questions. It is most likely a scam.Review fromApril L

1 starYou all have a lot of negative reviews and the responses to them are odd. Even someone who worked there has a negative review. I would work on creating such a positive experience that it encourages more positive experiences. Otherwise it would appear you all are just a cash grab businessReview fromAshley A

1 starVery pushy about you enrolling, in their 'school' want you to commit 24 hours a day to them and them alone 12 hours IN CLASS and 12 hours studying. This is an MLM at best. Told them to cancel my enrollment as I just got a full time job and they tried to keep the loan in my name open. DO NOT GO TO THESE PEOPLE!Review fromDrew M

1 starDO NOT TAKE THIS COURSE!!! GO TO A REAL SCHOOL WITH REAL TEACHERS!!!This was the biggest regret I have had in my life and I have had some big ones. To those who are on here claiming this was just a hard program, I *********** those whom served in the military and fell victim to this course, I thank you for your service and apologize that you fell victim to this program. The Teachers are not Teachers, they are previous students that are not able to secure jobs yet still owe the school money. There is no explanations of material, rather they preach to you memorize everything in order to pass the test then, move you along to the next course. If you are having difficulty, they give to you the answers in order to pass the test so that you cannot go against them and they can say "But you passed..."If you take this program and start to feel unwary of how things are going, then leave... Do not let them persuade you into staying, and trust me they will!! I attempted to leave numerous times and each was convinced that it will be better and worth it to stay. They make you sign an contract and hold you to it, but they themselves breach it in every way imaginable then point the finger at you when its all over with. The program has no boundaries for harassment or bullying and there is a lot of it!!**** ********* turns a blind eye and a cold shoulder if you attempt to complain and then they all shove more classes in your face as reparations. "Here, have more horse ****..."I have numerous Emails between myself and staff members of my complaints and issues and no one accepts them in any way as being a serious problem, just point the finger at yourself because all they do is point the finger at each other in circles over and over and push more classes upon you stating "Its different now..." It just adds to the pile of steaming lies from them all!Review fromDillin A

4 starsI'm currently in the **** program as a veteran so I get to use my GI bill for schooling cost thankfully. So far I am A+ certified and working on getting my AZ, AI and Linux certifications and I will say that yes, this is NOT and easy school. It is fast paced, lots of work, and short deadlines. However, this is preparing you for the world of IT, advancements in tech happen fast and frequent and you need to be able to adapt to it. I work extremely hard on my class work and study time and it clearly pays off as I was one of the first certified for my class. Some instructors are better than others but that more has to do with how I learn vs how they teach, what works for me wont work for you kind of thing. They give you significantly more information and resources than you need to pass the cert tests, which is a good thing! A lot of the reviews here have to deal with the financial element of the school not the material of the school itself. I am stressed while in school but hard times don't last.Review fromJafar A

I am a honorably discharged 11b veteran of US military with prior pc and networking experience. I completed their entire program ITSA, CSS, and CSE to attain the highest pay possible as I am a father of 6. I maintained an A avg thoughout the course and acquired almost all their certifications during the program. I attained the A.S. in networking and cybersecurity after graduation. Many students in my class got jobs, mostly entry level, during the course. I graduated Nov of ***************************************** even a viable lead for adequate work. Alumni services agent couldnt even spell my name right on the resume they built eventhough I went through their whole program. I used a decent portion of my GI bill and have nothing truly useful left and they are about to expire. I would not recommend pursuit of this program online as that is my only experience with the school. MyCC was a big disappointment and not as attainable as advertised. I especially would not recommend a completely inexperienced computer illiterate individual to pursue this as many in my classes were lost and left to the wind! Not satisfied with the program and it has not attained me a better life!MyComputerCareer

Hi, *****...a few things here. Obviously let's start with a thank you for serving. Also thank you for attending our programs and moving your way successfully through each one. The job market is volatile to say the least. Recruiters are quick to tell us it can take up to 12 months to find a position in certain situations. Sometimes you have to get lucky and connect with the right person, but most of the time this process requires unwavering commitment to finding a gig. This means sending as many tailored resumes as possible, networking both online and offline, and just doing everything you can to get your name out there. Based on the dedication you showed on your learning path, we're guessing you're already doing much of what's listed above. With that in mind, I'd urge you to stay as connected as possible to ****** Services. That team will always listen and do everything they can to support your search. If you reach out and express some of these concerns, they will work with you to update your search process and assist you in any way possible to get those interviews. Searching for a job can be a frustrating process, especially with all the great information and certifications you have under your belt, but don't give up. We've helped thousands of graduates find work, some of those quickly, and we will continue supporting you to help you and your family find that better life.Review fromMatthew C

1 starI signed up for July 1 classes and then started having second thoughts the next day and told them I wanted out and now no one is responding back to me. So they can keep the $20.000 grand and I have to pay it back.Review fromTyrone E

Honestly I get it. They are for profit. My instructor was amazing. She taught me everything I need to pass my A+ course first time both exams. She gave me everything I needed to get through that. She also provided way more study material then she had to. Im looking forward to the rest of my certs and can't say enough about the training path. If you have had issues maybe look at your own study habits. I have been through some IT courses before and so far this is the best experience i have had.MyComputerCareer

It can easily be misunderstood by all the reviews that you will see about this company. Without actually knowing what is involved with the learning process they provide. Or the assistance they seek to provide in students efforts to find a job.I am an IT professional with over 10 years of experience. Recently I was offered a job. But in the 11th hour the offer was rescinded. When I questioned the reason. The response was that I was not certified. They had no way of knowing if my *********************************** the work they had. Having that upset I set out to educate myself and get certified. As a Veteran of the US Military, I have a unique luxury of having access to school funding. I signed up for MyCC with only one goal. Get my certificates and become marketable. After accomplishing many CompTIA certificates. I reached out to a company that I have had a long working relationship with. Apon mentioning the certificates that I had acquired. They offered me a job on the spot! I am aware that this example is an edge case. Most students will have a bit of a struggle finding that first IT job. But I feel it must be stated that MyCC is a school for fast-track learning. A school that goes even further to help prepare you for interviews and resume tailoring. Accountability is an important part of life. And at no point is your personal success the responsibility of others. Not the responsibility of MyCC, your family, your dog. No one is responsible for your success, EXCEPT YOU! I can confidently say that for someone who is TRULY hungry for change and has I high degree of personal accountability. You will find your time with MyCC fulfilling and challenging.MyComputerCareer

"No one is responsible for your success, except you..." is so very well said, *****. You are the blueprint: Set a goal based on a slight setback; continue moving forward until you hit that goal; work incredibly hard; find success. Thanks for the drive and for sharing your thoughts here. We're sure even bigger things are right on your horizon!
