      I had an appointment to get 2 steers butchered. The owner called me one week before the appointment date to advise that he was behind and would need to cancel our appointment but would call back within the next week to reschedule the appointment. Here we are almost 4 weeks later and he still hasn't called back to reschedule. I called and left a message and did not receive a call back. This is very unprofessional and very inconvenient . I have had to make other arrangements. I have had to feed these steers an extra 4 weeks and is a huge cost. In his paperwork it states that if I cancel within 2 weeks of the scheduled date I would have to pay a fee for each head. However, it is okay for him to cancel my appointment and then not even call for a reschedule. I would not recommend them to anyone.
