  Lightcast was one of the best things to happen to Sunrise Studios. The entire crew/staff at Lightcast are ROCK STARS! They are always there when we need them and most issues are taken care of immediately and without any hassle. It is always a please working with their key reps ***** and ***** are excellent and I hope they are rewarded for their hard work. I highly recommend Lightcast for all your streaming needs. There's so much potential to this platform. Their technology is also very seamless and reliable. Thank you, Lightcast for your excellent service and technology.

  After working with several other companies to host our 24/7 channel and on-demand content, I was left needing to have multiple companies/subscriptions to be able to do everything that we needed to do. This tripled my work load as I would need to upload files to multiple places. However, Lightcast changed that! They were able to put us on all of the platforms that we needed and also host our linear channel feed. I now only have to upload files once and they are everywhere I need them. It has been a game changer for our channel. We had some issues in the beginning with some specific requirements from a separate app that plays our channel but technical support did an amazing job at doing everything they could to get it to work. And they did! Their response time was always the same day. In all honesty, there are cheaper options out there, and I tried most of them and was always left with problems and multiple step workflows. Lightcast is a financial investment for us but worth it. Their platform puts us in competition with the "big" streaming channels. For us, switching to Lightcast was the solution we needed and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

  Owning a TV network has been my dream. I wasnt sure how Id ever attain it. Then came Lightcast. The most knowledgeable, patient and caring group of people in entertainment, and Ive dealt with many. They are so efficient in the entire set up process and are on call non-stop. Not having a bit of experience with the technical aspect of this didnt hinder me at all because they take care of it all and with such care. Im super glad this is my team.

  My experience with lightcast has been amazing. I was nervous at first when all the emails came in after signing up because of my Traumatic Brain Injury trying to understand everything but Lightcast worked with me holding my hands every step of the way. Their email response is excellent. Their callback and answering phone calls listening to my concerns was excellent. I am so happy right now. Lightcast system is amazing now I can see each analytics the last company I couldn't see that. I would refer everyone to this company. Lightcast have put MJ OWN NETWORK TV channels on an higher level of platforms. I have no complaints! these people are very kind and have a lot of patience.   Lightcast.com has been so wonderful for us to help us fulfill our media needs. They have been quick to respond when we need assistance, and very knowledgeable in helping make the most out of our apps. **************** has been great and our Account Manager was very instrumental in giving us many options that were available in terms of packages and grants. Lightcast has also been very prompt in training through various videos, and training calls which are very helpful and Call person is careful to explain everything in detail stopping various times to answer any potential questions. We are very grateful to have been introduced to Lightcast and been able to work with them to make all our apps very professional, and design quality is top-notch competitive to any mediacloud/app building service out there. A First Class operation.

  In June 2020 in the midst of the pandemic, I built an App and chose Lightcast as my Developer Team. After two weeks of carefully reviewing their paperwork and carefully considering what I was getting myself into, ***************************** Network (VETVN) App became a reality. When we signed on, I was blessed not only by the ***** incentives given, but my Rep told me that we should not hesitate to call them if we needed help. I had no prior experience working with a Media Cloud, so I obeyed that instruction to the letter, The Lightcast Tech Team was always very patient with us, we buckled down and studied all the training material that was made available.In any new business, there is a learning curve and I found it helpful to not only have clarity for my vision, but I built a community of eager newbie VETVN Producers, hired an in-house Production Director and as a Team, we develop and design our unique brand content for our App.The Lightcast Team has handled any issue that arose in a timely manner, even when there was a snafu with ****** with my App it was efficiently handled.Since we started two years and five months ago, we have undergone two site upgrades with Lightcast, because it is our goal to remain competitive and relevant to our market. Their Tech Team is very competent, service oriented, always polite and professional, I learnt that its very important to communicate clearly and concisely when dealing with Technicians, because the very nature of their business is technical, getting to the point is a good idea because it cuts down on time.Lightcast added ongoing training to the platform with an actual demo, this was especially helpful to us when we tried some functions like FTP uploads. I really thank God for Lightcast and *** noted all the industry accolades that they have been receiving, and would agree that it is well deserved, Lightcast is a first class, A+ run business operation and we are so happy to be served by them.********************

  Ive been with them for a few months and so far so good. I am currently having an issue with an app but the customer service Team is extremely responsive and helpful. *** enjoyed my experience and would recommend them to others.

  Lightcast has great customer service. The team is knowledgeable, prompt and courteous. Although they have many customers, they make you feel like youre the only one.
