  Our interaction with the Lightcast response team has been an absolute pleasure. It is rare to find companies these days who go out of their way to take care of clients in such a thorough and pleasant manner. But Lightcast does and with consistency! The support team has patiently guided our transition from physical media distribution to digital streaming, and proposed multiple custom solutions along the way.   Brainy Baby was the pioneer in the childrens educational video market in the early 1990s and has been successfully creating childrens educational products for decades. Weve ridden the waves of change from the *** days to DVDs, and with the **** of ecommerce, Books to eBooks, and to now - the digital age of ***, Streaming, and Video on Demand. Enter Lightcast! Feeling overwhelmed with all the options, we found Lightcast, and with one meeting decided to jump in and havent looked back. The Lightcast team methodically walked us through everything, from our initial consultation to signing the agreement to onboarding. Lightcasts MediaCloud platform is robust, and responsive and allows us to manage our content easily. Within the platform we can view Analytics worldwide, which content is being viewed, and more. While Apps are being developed, we can view the status in the App Builder portal. *************** was on a reasonable timeline for us, so we were very pleased with the turnaround and were up and running on all the platforms in no time. *********************** is easy to access, and Tools allow us to create and change content at will as well as move content to Groups or Sub Channels. There is a Support drop-down in the portal for extensive knowledge base articles that helped us with understanding terminology that was new to us. Also, we cant say enough about Lightcast ***************** The team have made themselves available to us anytime weve emailed with a question. They provide thorough information and direction and are very quick to respond with very little lag time. Once the issue is resolved, they consistently reply with an enthusiastic Thank you, we hope you have a great day and We appreciate your business. Lightcast has the best customer service weve ever experienced! We feel good about Lightcast and we look forward to growing our business with them.

  As a seasoned television executive, I have dealt with countless service providers through the years. Lightcast customer support is by far the most effective, professional, responsive and courteous service team that I have ever experienced. The streaming television landscape is very complex to navigate, but thanks to Lightcasts support team there was no issue that they could not explain and then resolve.
