    I took my CNA skills test in ********** on December 28, 2023 and I had the RN observer/tester from this company headmaster. I was wrongfully failed as I was told I passed and I did a whole investigation with the company and CDPH and I was still wronged. I had injustice and conspiracy happen to me. I advise anyone who wants to use this third party company for CNA testing to find a different company. This whole process has affected my mental health because of how much Ive had to fight for my justice in getting my correct test scores. In the end, I was still wronged even though I had witnesses that were there taking the test and school instructors present as well. I really recommend no one testing with headmaster. They can mess up by giving you the wrong score and not owning up to fix it. They will back themselves up for their mistake. I suggest you go with a different company, a company that will right their mistakes and not make you go through emotional trauma. This whole process was exhausting. Im coming from my own experience.
