    Horrible company! Trash like the trash they leave in your house and in your yard. Yes you read that right, charged us almost $2,000 extra to replace and bring everything “up to code”. And for it to still not work properly. Also had to replace a heating switch that cost me an additional $300. And now another company has to vacuum out the coolant because it’s burnt. Keep in mind this is the price with a home warranty!! Without it’ll be closer to $10k is the price the quoted. Stay faraway from this company if you want something done correctly, find someone else that’s worth the money. Horrible customer service anyone that disagrees with them they belittle them and threaten them with legal action. Absolutely disgusting! DO BETTER! Take the Truth and improve! **They'll probably say that they didn't service my house because of the name I'm using. But I'm protecting myself from this volatile company. I have the receipts to prove they serviced me and overcharged me.**

    This homeowners equipment was installed a year ago. They paid $1775. We have not heard from them since that time. This is the first we’ve heard of any issues with the unit or the air handler. Both are covered by the manufacturer under warranty and the homeowner does have a home warranty as well to cover labor. We are not aware of her claims and allegations. As stated this equipment was installed almost a year ago.

    Terrible! After 2 days with no call back from this company through home warranty. I had to call the home warranty company to find they "don't service condos". I'm glad I didn't have go through what the other reviewers had to say here. NEVER a call back from Hansen.
