      If Jacks ********************** Windows is still in business (and I hope not).....do not have your windows replaced by them! After having a positive experience with Jacks ********************** Windows replacing whole house windows in ****, I hired them without question to replace whole house windows at my new residence in 2019. It turned out to be a huge mistake! The quality of the windows installed are poor to say the least. I've had issues with the bow windows shortly after install, with air seeping through, resulting in a much colder bedroom. Over the period of 2019 - 2022, a serviceman was sent out several times, made a few minor adjustments but the issues were never resolved. To this date 2023 - I now have issues with all 11 windows that were installed seeping air. During my most recent complaint in 2022, I was told that Jacks ********************** windows location in ******* ******* was shut down and the window manufacturer has went out of business. I was told that my Lifetime warranty was now null and void. So, after only 4 years of install, I am stuck with defective windows and also no longer have lifetime screen repair/or replacement. I have windows that the top window falls down when opening the bottom window, and have had to resort back to putting plastic on all my windows for winter. i was better off with my old windows! So, if anyone has purchased windows in the *******/ ******** area before 2022, be aware that you windows are no longer covered under Jack ********************** Windows lifetime guarantee!! I only choose 1 star because it was required to post review, otherwise it would be 0
