Bought windows from Jacks with a lifetime warranty for all workmanship, including installation, I have tried to call them numerous times and no one answers the phones or responds to e-mails, have no idea if they went out of business and did not notify customers. Windows ordered July 2020. Two installed. The other two nothing but issues. Installers out 5 times. Every time an installer came out, the windows were incorrectly measured then three different installers didnt show up with the correct equipment to install the windows and the last guy showed up with broken windows. After at least 50+ phone calls, I still cant get the last 2 windows installed. In January 2022 and February, ***** left a message stating the windows are in and she needs to schedule an install date. Ive continued to call and was told my message to call me is on Sadies desk. Now, no one answers the phone. I call ******* number and the ******** number. I received an email April 26th, stating they are taking the manufacture to court for not shipping orders. They should be an update in a week. No update and this is ***** Well, this court issue does not apply to me because supposedly my windows have been in since January 2022. I have never been so frustrated with a company. Im selling this home and one installer broke out a window then had to board it up cause it didnt fit! How can I sell a home with a boarded window!!! How does this company stay in business??? Theyre absolutely horrible. Nothing but lies and irresponsibility!!! They contract out installersthey need to get someone out to install the windows that actually knows what theyre doing or give me a refund!!!! Im about to contact my attorney! A class action suit against this company may need to take place! What is Jacks Wholesale Windows doing with all the money that their customers have paid them? They have our money and according to the complaints Ive read, many of us have no windows!Initial Complaint

I had Jacks wholesale windows replace my windows last August. One of the windows upon install did not have a screen. I had 14 windows replaced. I keep trying to contact someone, but the girl keeps saying someone will call me. No one ever calls me back. All I want is for Jacks to get me the screen for the window it was missing from. I've been trying to get this resolved for months to no avail. Can you please help.Initial Complaint

On 2/11/22 we had a representative from ****** Wholesale Windows come to our home to evaluate one of our Jacks windows. He said we would have a replacement window within three months...took our check for three hundred dollars and left. We've heard nothing from ****** nor can we get hold of anyone who can help.Initial Complaint

Signed a contract on 5-5-2021 for windows to be installed. Was told should be 6 months since they were ordered in June, 2021. It has now been over 11 months and have not heard from the company and no one answers phone. Not sure they are in business any longer. I have a deposit with them of $3,167 and would like a refund if never going to get windows. I will wait for a response and if none is received will start filing a small claim against the company.
