      Multiple outages coincidently after monthly payment was automatically deducted from bank account. No one in the office to talk to. Has not responded at all about current outage and no response about getting my monthly payment back as there has been no service since the end of March. Heard he won't renew his lease on Waldo Mountain and Bald Mountain. I reached out but got no reply. When it worked it worked good but since end of March there has been nothing.

      Multiple outages lasting many days, no one answers phone or responds to emails or texts. Absolutely no communication from this company that is rumored to no longer be in business. Im paying $100 a month for zero service and no other options.
