      On April 10, 2024 the internet that this company provided went down and never came back up. After being patient waiting for the fix and hearing nothing back from texts and phone calls we sent over an email along with text stating we are ending our services on April 18th. By the end of April we finally were able to reach **** that stated there is no plans on fixing the towers for the internet so they will no longer be providing in this area. At this time he acknowledged he did owe us a refund for the month of May we paid ahead and also for the time in April with an agreed amount of $228 and some change. We waited a month and still no refund. Recalled in June and then the attitude started of if you can't be patient then I do not know what to tell you. We waited for payment again for almost another month and about a week ago I emailed over stating still no refund and it was expected immediately. They have had months to send this payment and they have not.

      Have internet service provided through AC Networks in *****. March was a rough month. Service went down. We had extended time down because our Modem is on their unit and we are hardwired. Sent messages for a week and husband had to go up on hill and reset the modem himself before we finally got a response. Then on 3/25/2024 the internet went down again and almost a month later we are still down. We paid for a month in March and only got one week worth and now we have been down since last month. Calls, texts and job ticket requests have gone unanswered. No response. We have requested to cancel, stopped payment on the account so it's not automatically withdrawn and still no response. We would like the payment refunded for 4.5.2024 withdrawal and half of last months payment for not having internet. We were forced to find another internet provider.

      This company provides internet to rural communities in ***********. My entire town, has been without services for over a week now. And, has had no internet service for 3 out of the last 4 weeks. The company has gone into hiding. No one can reach them by phone, text, voicemail or email. (There is a community ************** for residents of this small town, and the group is filled with different people updating. Not a single person has been able to reach a representative from the company.) This is a vital service for the area. Because internet is the only means to which the community can call emergency services due to a lack of cell service. The company auto-billed and charged my account regardless of the neglect to restore services, or communicate when it might be back up. This community is mostly elderly, and disabled veterans, internet is crucial to this community to ensure their safety. And this company outright abandoned us, while continuing to take our money.

      AC Networks is an internet provider and they stopped providing internet services on 3.25.2024 without any explanation to their customers. Then they emailed me a bill and are charging me for another month of services. They are not answering their phones.
