  I spoke with their salesman, Bob, about extending the width of my driveway and applying a seal coat after. After agreeing to the project terms, and paying a deposit, I called when ready to schedule the work. It took over a month of multiple calls and text messages with Bob to finally get the crew to do the work. He repeatedly told me a day the work would begin, only to have that day come and go with no follow up call from anybody at New Look. A crew finally showed up a day early, knocking on my door at 7:00am. They told me Bob said he had called me to let me know of the schedule change, he did not. The crew sent was also from a different company, not New Look. After two days, I was left with a sub-par driveway: the thin layer of seal coat didn't fully cover certain areas and I found piles of the material used to fill in the cracks left behind in the driveway, which they covered in seal coat vs cleaning up. I left a message with Bob the next day, but wasn't surprised that he didn't respond. I then called New Look two days later, but still haven't heard back. That was three weeks ago. Working with this company was a stressful, disappointing experience. Bob told me New Look is a woman-owned business, which was the deciding factor for me when choosing a company. I question now if that is even true. I would never recommend New Look to anyone.

  New Look Paving Sealcoating and Landscaping

  We were hired to do a grading job for this customer in March, a month later she called to say she would not be able to have the job done. Instead of her losing her deposit since it was past the 72 hours, we we were able to do a different job for her, a patch and sealcoat her driveway. The job was completed and she was happy and paid the remaining balance due. this was at the end of august beginning of september.

  There are 3 phone numbers and an email address for customers to get in touch with us.

  I have reached out to this customer and left a voicemail, I have not heard back from this customer as of yet. 

  Hopefully I will hear back from her so that i can rectify this situation

  This company is on their 5-6-7 name who knows . Came to my house did a decent job at best on the driveway but left Me with a big mess then tried to bribe me to remove my review. Showed up at my house in a threatening manner yelling and then agreeing with all my complaints - Kept telling me I said I LOVED THE WORK when in reality I never said that. I would never hire them again and I would never recommend them . Glass all over my grass , broken pipe under driveway that I told them to leave but that didn t happen, and one side of my lawn is destroyed cuz they threw dirt all over it instead of putting the dirt in the driveway while prepping everything . Left it a mess . Asked me if I would take $500 to remove my review and I told him NO 10 times but called it compensation for THEIR mess. Lol they didn t have enough to clear that check anyway so it didn t matter . He does this under all the company names to a ton of customers . I was harassed about giving a 5 star review starting 2 hrs after they left and for 3 days that s all they cared about . Save yourself the headache and use a good company that s been in. Is I was longer than 1 yr . Look up ** *** ************ *** ****** . Same guy but real reviews not his friends and family giving 5 stars lol. That s why he changed his company name . Their responses to these reviews are full of lies and excuses . I will make sure all reviews remain one way or another . I had 3 neighbors ready to hire them but ya that s not gonna happen . Disgusted with the business practice of *** and anyone else involved .. They have responded on Angies list with Lies . ************************* is the owner he just uses other people to put business name in . Fake reviews with over 13 business in many years under bobs management . Hes a scammer . Do your homework and you will see what Im talking about . Save yourself the headache use a REAL company with REAL reviews .
