    We hired New Look Paving Sealcoating and Landscaping to pave our driveway. We paid the owner *** a deposit of $5866.66, on September 4, 2024 in the form of a check. My fathers (who is my neighbor) also gave *** a deposit of $1000 on September 7, 2024, to pave his driveway on the same day as ours. Work was to begin October 22, 2024, but we never heard from the company. We called and emailed the company several times with no responses. Upon further research, this company has changed its name many times due to negative reviews and complaints filed against them. They scam people by taking deposits and not showing up to do the work, or they show up and do a bad job or do not complete the job. They have also offered to pay people off to remove their negative reviews.

    Yes originally we were supposed to install driveway on the 22nd of october, when contracts are signed we do let the customer know that there could be delays, it is also on the contract that the customer signs. We did have a few guys out due to illness and we did fall behind by a few days. **** called ***** this morning he missed her call and called her right back and she did not answer. As ***** was calling ****, Her dad called and spoke to with ***** and *** the salesman on a 3 way call. We did explain that we did have some delays and that we could do one driveway tomorrow and the other on friday, ****** dad said to do them both on friday 25th of October. 

    *** is NOT the owner of this company. I have never paid anyone to remove a bad review, Look at my Angies reviews.I started this company last year.
